Janine began her professional journey as a Bank Teller on Long Island, New York, at European American Bank (acquired by ABN AMRO Bank). Through unwavering dedication and perseverance she made remarkable strides in her career transitioning into the corporate world where she thrived as a Training and Development Instructor, and later, showcased her expertise as a Bank Branch Auditor. During her career growth, Janine pursued her education at esteemed institutions like Queens College and Hofstra University in New York, further enriching her knowledge and skills. After dedicating time to raising her family, Janine has now returned to the workforce with a newfound passion to establish a minority-owned business that empowers and uplifts women entrepreneurs. Her commitment to both professional success and personal fulfillment serves as an inspiration to others aiming to make a positive impact on their communities. As founder of Probity3, Janine leads the organization by developing and executing the companies strategic vision, goals, and objectives.
Gregory Smestad- Co-founder, Vice PResident of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Gregory Smestad is responsible for the companies Business Development and all aspects of revenue growth. He is a seasoned Technology professional with a career spanning over two decades. He has built a solid reputation for his expertise in selling high-performance IT and workflow solutions. After completing his MBA he kicked off his technology career on Wall Street at renowned firms Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse First Boston where he developed Global Disaster Recovery Plans for both the data centers and trading floors. After seven years of working in the Financial District, Gregory embarked on a significant career shift by joining a Y2K startup as Vice President of Professional Services. The startup achieved success and was acquired by EMC Corporation. Capitalizing on new opportunities, Gregory then accepted a position at Hitachi as a Director of Systems Engineering and quickly advanced into Sales as a Territory Account Executive selling high performance storage and network solutions to major accounts like Google and the New York Stock Exchange. His success and dedication soon led him to become a Global Account Manager covering major Media and Entertainment customers and overseeing sales teams internationally in New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Singapore, Melbourne, and London. Gregory possesses an ardent enthusiasm for the realm of technology sales, wholeheartedly committing himself to the principle of prioritizing the customer and cultivating executive relationships within his accounts.
